God’s Attribute: Gives counsel and wisdomread-me-bible

God’s Message to me:

Your life is full of decisions to make.  Your worry and ponder over them.  Instead, look to My “map,” the Bible for your counsel—therein you will find wisdom to make good choices.  Re-read the stories of Noah, Daniel, Abraham and so many others, looking for principles that you can apply to your situation.  Those stories are there to guide you in decisions even today.  Are you facing a challenge in standing up for your faith—read Daniel.  Wondering whether to get a dog—read Noah. (just kidding) Those stories are “road-signs,” posted to guide you.  Consider their wisdom as coming directly from Me—given to meet your need—for in reading the Word you come face to face with Me.

Spend more of your time gleaning wisdom from My word and less trying to think of money making schemes.  Ponder every morsel of wisdom as you read how others lived victoriously through difficulties.  Then step out in faith and try it.  Your problem is you read it but don’t apply it to your situation.  As I was with Daniel or Noah, I am also with you.  I specialize in what mankind thinks impossible.

Often, people ignore the map until they are lost.  What a wasted life.  Read the map before you make bad choices.  My Word was not given to restrict you but to free you from the bondage of sin that brings pain and suffering.  There is no situation you face but what I have counsel for you in My Word.  Read and heed!

God’s Question for me

Will you read my map before you make hard decisions?

God’s Promise to me:

My Word provides you all the counsel and wisdom you need for living a fulfilled, happy and successful life.

My Prayer to Emulate God’s Attributes:  I Pledge:

My mind: To read and heed Your counsel in my life’s decisions.

My voice:  To encourage others to look to Your Word for guidance.

My heart:  To whole-heartedly accept and follow Your counsel.

My body:  To take the right road, not just look for the easy one.
