Become What You Believe

God’s Word:  Matthew 9:27-38

God’s Message to me: (My interpretation of what God is saying in these verses)

Jesus’ Touch Empowers—but only to those who believe.  Mother theresaAnd Jesus is still reaching out and touching today—through his Ambassadors.  Yes, the touch of the Masters Hand is still happening around the world.  Ambassadors of Jesus are those who have reached out to Jesus in belief and let Him touch their heart with His pure love.  Pure love seeks the good of others with no regards as to what they receive for themselves.

Whose lives are you touching?  Are you reaching out to others for what you can receive for yourself or what you can offer them on My behalf.  Whenever a person reaches out unselfishly to another, Jesus accepts that as done unto Him.  Even if that person has never allowed Jesus to touch their heart—it still blesses Jesus.  And it blesses the giver but they are missing out on the greater blessing by not allowing their heart to first be touched by Jesus.

Jesus came to earth to change hearts by His personal sacrificial death in your place.  It is this act of selfless sacrifice that purchased your forever forgiveness.  He considered no sacrifice to be too great and willingly gave up His life for your forgiveness.  The purpose of that sacrifice was to touch your heart and knit it together with His.  And then, at one with Him, you are empowered to devote your life in service to others.  In becoming what you believe your life shines as a living testimony to My love—demonstrated through Christ—to bless others.

God’s Question: What kind of journey would others travel if they were to follow in your steps?

God’s Promise: As I empowered Jesus I empower those who believe in Me, through Him, to change and bless their world.

My Prayer to God

I praise You for this challenge to live what I believe.

I am sorry I so often forget my purpose to touch others for You.

Thank You for this reminder to be about Your business.

Help me use every interaction with another to bless them—for You.
